Fees & Insurance
FEES & INSURANCE
I am in network with Premera and Lifewise and can bill directly to these two plans. Your copay is charged at the time of service with a card on file.
If you have another insurance carrier, I can provide receipts upon request (Superbills) for you to submit for reimbursement. My current rate for 50 minute individual or family therapy is $160 paid at the time of service. My rate for 80 minute extended sessions as well as the intake session (50 minutes) is $200.
Low Fee Spots
I do reserve a select number of free and low fee spots, so please inquire if you are interested in those. If they are full I am happy to add you to a waitlist or refer you to other providers who may have availability. *All of my low fee and free slots are currently filled
Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, state-licensed or certified health care providers need to give a Good Faith Estimate of healthcare charges to every new and continuing client who is either uninsured or is not planning to submit a claim to their insurance for the
healthcare services they seek.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate
for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
This Good Faith Estimate does not account for late cancellations, no-show fees, crisis sessions, non-therapeutic charges, case management fees, court litigation fees, or other financial arrangements determined on a case by case form. See practice policies disclosure form.
